Refund policy
We all love our snacks but kindly take note that no returns will be allowed once our packaging is opened.
To be eligible for a return, the fǔpí or fupi packs must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please share a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will require pictures and short description of the issue at hand and within 7 days from the purchase date.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive what you want is to return the item you have and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and whether or not the refund has been accepted. If authorised, you will be promptly refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete and post the refund.
